How long will my order take to ship?

Most domestic orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the receipt of payment, unless your order contains an item that is pre-order or made-to-order.

If I purchase an item under “pre-order” or that is made-to-order, will the other items in my order ship separately?

Any order that contains an item under “pre-order” or an item that is made-to-order will ship when that item is ready and available.

What are your shipping options?

We offer several shipping services, which include:

  • Standard Shipping + Tracking: 8-10 business days

  • Priority Shipping + Tracking: 3-5 business days

  • First Class International Shipping + Tracking: Usually 2-4 weeks, however this can vary due to customs, country, and mail courier.

  • Priority International Shipping + Tracking: 6-10 business days

Please note that the shipping time is separate from our processing time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping and tracking information.

Am I responsible for any fees or taxes found by customs as an International buyer?

Yes. Please know that any fees or taxes that may be found by customs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Can I apply a promotional code to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to apply a promotional code after an order is placed.

What is your Returns & Exchanges Policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it.

Here at Rita Lane Vintage we pride ourselves in taking great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. We also carefully inspect our items to make sure that they are ready-to-wear.

We provide measurements, wash instructions, and/or disclaimers in individual item listings, so please read our product descriptions before purchasing!

If you have any questions regarding your order, please e-mail us at hello@ritalanevintage.com with your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery. If you Instagram DM us, your message may not be seen. We will work with you personally to answer any of your questions via e-mail, however, we will not accept a return or exchange for an item that has been worn, washed, is damaged with makeup, has stains, has snags, smells of cigarette smoke or perfume, has animal hair, etc. If your return is accepted, buyer pays return shipping and we will refund you the cost of the item(s) purchased in store credit.

Please note that new promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases unless otherwise stated.

** Please note that Rita Lane Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. We ship every order to the address provided and send email confirmations to the email address provided. If you believe that your package was stolen, lost, or if your mail arrived damaged, please contact USPS or your local mail provider.

I placed my order on a Saturday, when will my order be shipped out?

Rita Lane Vintage is closed on the weekends, so all orders placed on Saturdays will be processed in order received on Monday.

I have picked out an item, but I am not ready to buy it. Can you hold it for me?

Unfortunately, Rita Lane Vintage cannot hold items without an order being placed.
