What is your shipping policy?

Most domestic purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the receipt of payment. Some orders ship even sooner! Some products are custom made and may take longer to ship. Please know that any fees or taxes found by customs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Here at Rita Lane Vintage we pride ourselves in taking great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. Insurance for the package is not included in the shipping charges and is the responsibility of the buyer. Rita Lane Vintage is not responsible for damaged items if the optional insurance is not purchased.

What is your Returns & Exchanges Policy?

Buyer confidence and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! Please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery with pictures if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. We will work with you personally to solve any problems.

Items marked “Final Sale” in item descriptions are non-refundable or exchangeable. Items that fall under the Final Sale category include, but are not limited to; tiaras, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, sale items, all items from the Vintage Marketplace, and all items under Wedding. We will accept returns within 7 days of order delivery for other products if the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, for store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer pays return shipping.

We will not accept a return if the item appears to have been worn, is damaged with stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc.

I placed my order on a Saturday, when will my order be shipped out?

Rita Lane Vintage is closed on the weekends, so all orders placed on Saturdays will be processed in order received on Monday. For exceptions, please contact service@ritalanevintage.com.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size/item/color. Can I change my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact service@ritalanevintage.com immediately. If you do not contact us before your order is processed, we may not be able to fix it and your order will be shipped as is.

I have picked out an item, but I am not ready to buy it. Can you hold it for me?

Unfortunately, Rita Lane Vintage cannot hold items without an order being placed.
